itachis sharingan doesn´t look like the new sharingan from kakashi! so it isnt the mangekyu sharingan! the name of this new sharingan isn´t said in the manga (and now the manga is on chapter 368 so it can´t be the mangekyu sharingan) and saifour im 14 years old and i´m from germany. you silly boy!
Well on Wiki it says that it is the Mangekyu sharingan, and that kakashi says that he developed his own version after wittnessing Itachi’s. He also claims that it a “requirement” but I guess never goes into what that was. It couldn’t have been killing his best friend, since he previously has declared that everyone that is close to him is already dead. The ability of kakashi’s Mangekyu sharingan is different than Itachi’s, and he is unable to use it more than 3 times in a day. Unlike chidori that is able to use 4 times in a day.
Either way, there must be more than one way to reach the goal.

yeah i started with the dvds amonth ago. Then i got lucky and cartoon network did that Naruto marathon for 3 days. I set my DVR and recored about 100eps. I was so hooked i couldent wait for the english dubs i found this site and now im waiting for 28.

The Mangekyou Sharingan does not necessarily involve killing your best friend to obtain. You probably just have to make a huge personal sacrifice to get it. Otherwise Kakashi wouldn’t have the mangekyou because all his close people are dead.
About Gaara…I’m indifferent about him. He’s cool, but Deidara FTW. I don’t see how trying to take over the world is so bad…I mean, Akatsuki actually has a good, solid /plan/. Unlike all those other idiots who just think “Oh, I’m going to get all the bijuu and destroy everything in existence, then build my own stuff on top.”
