This was a great arc in the story Sasuke owes everything to Itachi because without him he would truly be nothing and as for the manga looks like we will have to wait another week to see if Kisame’s time is up
from what I saw Kisame was decapitated.

Hello everybody. It was a great fight between the Uchihas. Good-bye Itachi-senpai, you are were my favorite coolest villian in Akatsuki. RIP.
In my opinion, i don’t think Kisame might be dead at all. It’s gonna be just like when Deidara blow himself up when fighting Kakashi.
So, does Sakura think she can kill sasuke by herself?? I wonder about that. In the other hand, if all the 9 rookies goes against sasuke, i do think they have a chance of capturing him. And it’s a fight i’ll be long to see. I always wanted to see Neji(Byakuga)VS. Sasuke(sharingan). Of course, sasuke is powerful now, but Shikamaru is a genius.
yeah I wonder if i sign on masashi’s face book if he will hear out my jutsu ideas i’ve
come up with some new ones and recycled some that i gave up on heh heh

I doubt Sakura and co will be able to do much. Dont forget Madara is always on the lookout to bail Sasuke out. Is there anyone left in Akatsuki? not many i dont think. Sasuke will probably kill someone in the Neji group. Byakugan doesnt seem to match the Sharingan in firepower. It may look good in tracking people etc but in no way comparable to the Sharingan imho. What do you guys think?

yeah all the Byakugan is superior to the sharingan in is greater microscopic
sight and chakra reading nothing more and lets not forget Sasuke’s growth is
frightening even to jonin like neji
actually I saw his head fly of too but Masashi said that he had a surprise for readers
concerning kisame so lets not completly count him out YET
re masashi having surprise for readers - maybe he was referring to the fact that kisame is SO strong. and that his sword betrayed him and led to his eventual decapitation (surprise!)
maybe but still I hope Kisame is NOT dead and has more to sdd to the story

Well Mr.Kishimoto said that he was gonna make kisame’s role more longer but that was about a year ago. He also said dat Sai was gonna be involved in some event dat would hit Konoha bigtime. Anyway, i do understant dat sasuke is powerful right now, but eventually someone will take him down. Besides, all the 9 rookies(except for naruto) are suppose to go after him. You’ll excuse me but i do think they might have a change to capture him. Remember dat Shikamaru made a promise to Tsunade that he wasn’t gonna fail next time, and i noticed dat Mr.Kishimoto is very serious when a character makes a promise. Peace to all.

babykun u are right with your observation that naruto characters usually keep their promise - must be something the japanese people see as a core principle and kishimoto’s message to the next generation. these themes are recurring. when did shikamaru promise tsunade that he will not fail next time? (how did he fail? was it when his sensei asuma was killed by akatsuki?)
