This Naruto episode is entitled "An Old Monk's Prayer"
We celebrate our Thursdays with another free episode of Naruto Shippuden! This fresh episode is brought to you free of charge by FNE completely subbed in English thanks to our friends in Dattebayo. Episode 75 entitled: The Old Monk’s Prayer is out for all those who have been waiting all week for it. The synopsis below by fellow FNE viewer Nico provides an excellent overview of this weeks episode. Naamuu….!!! Tsunade’s temper flared as reports from the various platoons hunting Akatsuki yields nothing. The only platoon that has yet to report to her was Asuma’s. They arrived at the fire temple to behold the devastation that Kakuzu and Hidan left behind. The team from Konoha seemed somewhat nonchalant as they are confident in their abilities. Asuma is deeply saddened by the loss of his friend, chiriku and the added fact that his corpse was not recovered. However, he proclaimed facetiously that his ‘head’ was worth five million more than Chiriku’s. The old monk prayed while Asuma reflected on the old times with Chiriku. Shikamaru deduced that they must be an exchange point for the corpse and reports were then sent out to inform the other teams of TEAM ASUMA’s location. We are then transported back to the training ground for Naruto; however, Sakura and Sai arrived to find Naruto and his trainers missing. Sakura offered Sai one of the soldier pills she had brought for Naruto and launched into a diatribe of their medical merits. Sai, falling victim to the infamous soldier pill, fled instantly, leaving a note, thanking Sakura for the ‘food’. Naruto is being assisted by Kakashi to Ichiraku Ramin shop. He wearing ordered his favorite recipe only to have a menu thrust in his face by Ayame, who proudly informed him that ramin is archaic and Tsukemen is the ‘in thing’. An argument ensued and Naruto, being famished, had three servings of tsukemen (ramin style). Kakashi then ‘sweet talked’ Yamato into footing the bill. Training resumed and Kakashi produced a rasengan, to Naruto’s amazement. The next episode should see Team Asuma in action! An hour long episode of the Asuma-Hidan brawl is almost upon us!

Admin, I am from Jamaica and I work in a large all-inclusive hotel of 680 rooms. The past two weeks has been very busy, so I have been working tirelessly; not much time to watch the episode fully and give a good overview. But I log in now and then to see what’s going on on the DF.
N.B. I think there is something wrong with the links for the episodes because I can’t view any of them not even ep.74. Please look in this as soon as possible.

NB. I watched the episode elsewhere but I thought I’d give an overview so that those of you who haven’t seen it can at least have an idea of what the episode is all about.

I almost fell off the bed when I saw that my synopsis is now your new headline. It is an honor for me. Thank you for the value you placed on my overview. I am speechless. I’ll have to let this sink in and then I’ll comment again. That way I won’t talk gibberish.

However, the Jounin looking Naruto had a strong resolve and managed to outwit his opponent.

well,????. I’m not good at spelling Japanese but I’m good at English and I could correct you every time i find improprieties in your statements but i don’t… I misspelled a few words and there were a few typos, so what? i don’t check for grammar or correctness, it’s a discussion forum for God’s sakes, not an English class (which most of you would fail btw).

I know raikiri (chidori/ a thousand birds) is different from Raikage.

By the way what is more powerful the chidori or raikage.
you can’t really compare cause chidori is a jutsu and raikage is a human
so it wouldn it make sense
Rasegone, you are right, I am an adult but I am barely over 20.
Chidori (one thousand birds) is the original jutsu of Kakashi Hatake while Raikage or ‘Lightning shadow’ is the title given to the leader or ‘Kage’ of kumogakure or the village hidden in the clouds (land of lightening).
Raikiri (Lightening blade) is an enhanced form of chidori with the same effects and drawbacks but it is more powerful.
Truthfully I really dont’t see the difference with chidori and raikiri O_o
anyway Admin seems to having a good time and I happy for him =D

hi guys! yes i am still having fun! am now in Malaysia. Unfortunately there is no Naruto this week as most of you would be aware by now. Cant wait for Raikage to make a move, lets hope they find the location of Sasuke. Nice to have you guys having intellectual discussion on Naruto - ill do some research once my trip is done. man! I was waiting 2 backbreaking weeks for the next episode
i saw a bit of it today, will load it tonight after work…
i just catch a piece of it…. Naruto was told by Kakashi that the Rasengan is undeveloped and that only he can surpass the Fourth Hokage and perfect it. Sai, finally worked up the never to tell Sakura that her soldier pills are horrible and she tried one and almost fainted.
Kakuzu and Hidan reached the exchange point but it is in a restroom and Hidan went ot sit outside while Kakuzu counted the money inside. The guy who bought Chiriki’s corpse ask Kakuzu why he didn’t kill his companion and Kakuzu told him that he killed all his other partners before but cannot kill Hidan.
Naruto continues to train hard and seems to be losing control but Yamato is there to repel him.
That’s about as far as I reach.
