Alright fellow Naruto fans, episode 78-79 is finally out. Sorry for the delay, most live streaming sites only had a poor quality raw version of it. Not entirely satisfied with megavideo’s version, we decided to wait for the better quality myspace version which loads faster. FNE brings you episode 78 entitled: Given Judgement and episode 79 entitled: Unreachable Shout, completely subbed in English by our friends in Dattebayo. The battle between Team Asuma and Akatsuki continues, watch who is triumphant. This arc shows the maturation and development of Shikamaru as he witnesses the downfall of his mentor and great friend. Without going into details, let us enjoy the adrenaline-filled episode! The manga does not do justice to this arc, so let’s sit back and enjoy 43 minutes of action!

I will agree with you admin. The manga does not prepare you for the kind of action that is experienced in these episodes. I am disappointed that Asuma did not put up more of a fight. I think, if Hidan didn’t put a curse on him that he would have lasted longer. Another thing, Shikamaru tires easily, not good for combat.
yeah his stamina is a major weakness. I like Ino and Chouji combo along with Shikamaru. If only one of the team mates got Hidans head and made a run for it whilst the rest tried to attack/distract Kakuzu.
Cannot wait to watch Shikamaru avenge Asuma’s death. That battle will also involve Naruto Kakashi etc from memory. The manga for that battle was VERY confusing based on my sketchy memory of it. Anyone shed a tear for Asuma in this episode?

Yes, Shikamaru’s stamina is his main flaw, but i really admire the guy. i wish he could develop other techniques that does not use up so much or his chakra so quickly, that senjutsu technique seem ideal. it was sad to see Asuma die, but I was more sympathetic towards Shikamaru than him. i thought Asuma would have sliced both arms off of slice him in two, the moment he realized that Hidan wasn’t dead: he who hesitate is lost indeed!
The graphics for the manga is terrible so the battle scenes are mangled. I look forward to Shikamaru’s revenge….
Pein has started choas in Konoha, i guess there won’t be any summit of the Kages. I wonder how Konoha will fare against a full Akatsuki invasion. They barely managed to fend off Orochimaru (and he was just one Akatsuki). The strongest in the village so far are Kakashi, guy, Tsunade, ino-shika-cho(parents) and neiji’s uncle. But are they even in the village or are on missions? Oh, there is also Shizune. Well, I can’t wait for next manga!
Hey Admin, you need to upload the videos so they we can watch them in FULL SCREEN. It is difficult to read the subtitles from the small screen and sometimes the “myspacetv.com” logo block some of the words.

I agree with all of you. I believe the fight between Asuma and Hidan should’ve had more fighting. And Shikamaru gets weak so fast. I wish they would’ve had a Medical Ninja. Anyway, I felt more sad because of Shikamaru and Kurenai. Asuma was good, but just not enough. I hope you guys who post the videos can fix it so we can watch it in Full Screen. By the way, i read on youtube a guy saying that his uncle works with the Naruto Manga. He said that his uncle told him that Sasuke goes to the village of konoha and kills the elders and ALSO TSUNADE!!!!!. I mean the guy is strong but still, the only reason he won against Itachi, its because Itachi let him on porpuse. I know Sasuke has that Ameratsu Jutsu( or whatever is called) but TSUNADE IS THE FIFTH HOKAGE. Maybe she might not be able to beat Pein, but Sasuke, Please!!! Give A Break!!! U know, she almost killed Jiraiya when they were young, so i would’t be surprised if she’s one of the few people that can stand to Sasuke Uchiha+ Middle name= Jerk LOL

I loved this these 2 episodes! The fight with Asuma and Hidan was awesome, but it could’ve had more fighting in it. I can’t wait til we see Shikamaru and the others go and avenge Asuma (plus we get to see Naruto’s new jutsu in action)….Has anyone been keeping up with the manga? Things are getting very interesting now in it.

Heya ????. I’ve been away too long. I missed a bunch of naruto episodes thanks to school being so rough this year. Now I have to play catch up on these episodes. But I have been keeping up with the manga. The new Pain invasion arc looks like it’s going to kick a**.
new pein invasion arc looks like its THE END of Naruto Manga!
Pein will obviously have to lose - and it will be an arc which will demonstrate Naruto’s Sage capabilities and his desire to avenge Jiraiya’s death. It is quite predictable! And once we see how strong Naruto is, and after Pein loses(he may live but i doubt it, most major battles end with the gradual extermination ), the next arc would focus on Sasuke vs Naruto. Of course there is the 8 tail.

It’s weird that at the end of manga 420, Tsunade asked them to call Naruto to come back to the village.Ironically, Naruto is still a Genin, which technically means that he does not have the ability to fight a S-rank shinobi. Realistically, Naruto is stronger than all of his peers and cold easily take any one of them out.
I hope kakashi doesn’t get killed fighting Pein. Pein seems to be able ot see through the sharingan as he easily dodge kakashi’s attack, with little effort. Can Naruto stop this madman?
the sage technique only works if u remain completely still and that’s not possible during battle. I can’t wait to see how konoha fares against Akatsuki.

LIKE, HINATA, KIBA(WITH AKAMARU), AND SHINO AND MAYBE SHINO’S CLAN AGAINST ONE OF THEM. THEN TEN-TEN, NEJI, AND LEE WITH GUY AGAINST ANOTHER ONE. GET IT. THAT WOULD BE COOL. THE GREATEST KONOHA’S BEST FIGHTING 4 THE FIGHT OF THEIR LIFE. DOES ANYBODY THINKS MORE LEGENDARY SHANNINS WILL BE CHOSEN? LIKE, JIRAIYA, TSUNADE, AND OROCHIMARU. CUZ YA’LL REMEMBER HOW THEY GOT THEIR TITLE. interesting scenario baby-kun re: pein clones vs konohas best teams. I think you are right. That is the most likely course of events. Cant wait. Nico, i think Pein feels that he is able to take on Konoha single handedly. Dont forget their discovery about the ability for Pein to transmit signals and his clones are receiving the signals ; meaning the real Pein is probably outside of Konoha whilst his clones are inside carrying out the tasks. Hence, even if they are defeated, the REAL Pein is safe. That is probably what Jiraiya found out at the cost of his life.

Madara told him to hurry up or they will have trouble later on(Pein really isn’t
by himself though he has Konan and his clones actually)
I must commend BABY-KUN for the excellent scenario that s/he presented. It is beyond me, however, why Pein is so powerful; to be able to disperse chakra to eight clones that take on different forms and are still able to stand against the likes of Kakashi. Not even Kakuzu who had “nine lives,” could stand against Konoha’s best.
I almost wet myself when I saw Iruka’s life flashed before my eyes. It would have been troublesome for me if he had died because i am fond of him. I cannot imagine how naruto would take it (Iruka is like a father to him).

the episodes every two weeks now that they are catching up to
the manga? And you should see Konan She told Madara that Pein
will get Naruto no matter what( That quite heart warming if
you ask me.Shows she has complete confidence in Pein)
Whyis Pain so powerful?I think Its the Rinnegan Jiraiya said its powers are far stronger
than the Sharingan and Byakugan but Masashi hasn’t thought of what its full powers are
but I think one of its abilities is to spread its user’s mind and soul to multiple bodies
nico i dont think they are really clones because i did some research and found out pein is actually
8 people sharing 1 body.
so i dont think he needs to disperse chakra to 8 clones
